Leads are responsible for assisting customers with their recyclable beverage containers. They will either count the beverage containers manually or use technology to do this function. Employee’s will also be responsible for using a cash register to complete customer transactions. They will be responsible to schedule employees and have the ability to open and close the store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling employees
- Cash handling
- Ability to open and close the store
- Cleans around work areas
- Assist the public with recycling of bottles, cans and plastic containers
- Delivers material to designated work areas
- Cleans around work areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manager experience
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to communicate clearly and fluent in English
- Ability to pass drug screening requirements
